Born in Salzburg, Austria, in 1983. Grew up in Henndorf and Saalfelden in the province of Salzburg.

Studied translation in Vienna, earning a Master's degree in 2007.

Began her career as a translator and editor at media observation agency Communication Systems, where she worked from 2007 to 2013.

Currently active as a free-lance translator with a special focus on the fields of arts and culture, humanities, tourism, marketing, science and technology.
